论张仲景护阴法

Discussion on the Huyin method from Zhang Zhongjing

探讨张仲景护阴的临床思路。首先,对阴的概念进行探讨;其次,探讨辨证中辨阴阳的思维;再次,采撷张仲景方药,探讨其护阴思想;最后,对张仲景相关的护阴方药进行分析,古今研究结合,探讨相关方药的中医临床应用,所以,结论将张仲景护阴法分为三个层次。第一个层次是温阳兼顾护阴,其代表方有桂枝汤、麻黄汤和四逆汤等;第二个层次是通过滋阴、养阴、育阴,从而直接达到护阴的目的,其代表方有芍药甘草汤、猪肤汤和等;第三个层次是祛邪护阴并行不悖,其代表方有白虎汤、黄连阿胶汤和麻黄升麻汤等。

To explore the clinical thinking of Zhang Zhongjing’s protection of Yin(阴).First,the concept of“Yin”is explored.Second,the thinking of identifying Yin and Yang(阳)in dialectics.Zhang Zhongjing’s prescription is picked to explore its Huyin(护阴)thought.Finally,Zhang Zhongjing’s related Huyin-prescription is analyzed.Discuss the clinical application of TCM in related prescriptions.Therefore,the Huyin therapy was divided into three levels.The first level is Wenyang(温阳)and Huyin(护阴),and its representative decoctions include the Guizhi decoction(桂枝汤),the Mahuang decoction(麻黄汤)and the Sini decoction(四逆汤).The second level is Ziyin(滋阴),Yangyin(养阴),and Yuyin(育阴)for nourishing Yin,and its representatives include the Shaoyao Gancao decoction(芍药甘草汤),the Zhufu decoction(猪肤汤)and the Maimendong decoction(麦门冬汤).The third level is Quxie Huyin(祛邪护阴),and its representative decoctions include the Baihu decoction(白虎汤),the Huanglian Ejiao decoction(黄连阿胶汤)and the Mahuang Shengma decoction(麻黄升麻汤).
