自拟宣肺清热汤联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿急性肺炎60例疗效分析

An analysis of the efficacy of the Xuanfei Qingre decoction plus azithromycin on 60 children with acute pneumonia

目的:观察宣肺清热汤治疗小儿急性支原体肺炎外感风热证临床疗效及安全性评价。方法:选择我院收治的60例小儿急性支原体肺炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组30例患儿,对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加宣肺清热汤治疗,观察两组患儿综合疗效及安全性。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.67%(29/30),对照组总有效率为76.67%(23/30),两组患儿咳嗽咳痰、发热、啰音等主要症状改善时间、治疗前后主要症状积分、不良反应发生率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟宣肺清热汤治疗小儿急性支原体肺炎在症状改善和安全性方面有明显优势。

Objective:To analyze efficacy of the Xuanfei Qingre decoction(宣肺清热汤)plus azithromycin on 60 children with acute pneumonia.Methods:60 cases were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine,and the treatment group was given the Xuanfei Qingre decoction more.Results:The total efficiency was 96.67%(29/30)in the treatment group and 76.67%(23/30)in the control group.The difference in main symptom improvement time(cough,sputum,fever,rales,etc.)between the two groups was statistically significant.There was a statistically significant difference in the major symptom scores and the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Xuanfei Qingre decoction plus azithromycin on acute pneumonia has significant advantage in improvement of symptoms and safety.
