炙甘草汤合猪苓汤治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化腹水的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating hepatitis B cirrhosis ascites with the Zhigancao decoction plus the Zhuling decoction

目的:观察炙甘草汤合猪苓汤治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化腹水的临床疗效。方法:选入我院2016年6月-2019年4月收治的32例乙型肝炎硬化腹水患者,依循随机对照原则根据随机数字法分为传统组及中药汤方组,各16例,传统组患者行传统西药治疗方案,中药汤方组则在接受传统西药治疗方案同时,接受炙甘草汤合猪苓汤治疗,对照两组临床治疗效果。结果:中药汤方组患者治疗有效率、血清白蛋白(Albumin, ALB)显著高于传统组患者(P <0.05),中医证候积分、肝功能分级(ChildPugh)评分显著低于传统组(P <0.05),凝血酶原时间(Prothrombin Time, PT)显著短于传统组(P <0.05)。结论:在乙型肝炎硬化腹水患者的治疗中采用炙甘草合猪苓汤进行治疗可取得良好效果,可在临床治疗中多加推广利用。

Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of the Zhigancao decoction(炙甘草汤)plus the Zhuling decoction(猪苓汤)on hepatitis B cirrhosis ascites.Methods:From June 2016 to April 2019,32 patients were randomly divided into two groups,16 cases in each.The traditional group was treated with traditional western medicine,while the TCM group was treated with the Zhigancao decoction plus the Zhuling decoction more.Results:In the TCM group,efficiency and ALB were significantly higher than those in the traditional group(P<0.05).TCM syndrome score and Child-Pugh score were significantly lower(P<0.05),PT was significantly shorter(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Zhigancao decoction plus the Zhuling decoction on hepatitis B cirrhosis ascites show a good effect,and is worthy of promotion.
