Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of alternating magnetic field and melatonin on sleep disorders and circadian rhythm disorders in patients with alzheimer’s disease. Methods:From January 2016 to January 2019,101 cases were randomly divided into groups A and B,51 cases and 50 cases, respectively. The group A was treated by alternating magnetic field and melatonin, and the group B was treated with olanzapine. The clinical indicators of SD and CRD in two groups were processed by SPSS21.0 software.Results:6 directional day and night time points such as 0,4,8,12,16,20 after treatment, the average rhythm of the group A was higher than that in the group B(P<0.05);and the serum calcium concentration was lower(P<0.05).Before,during and follow-up,there was a significant difference in the total sleep time and efficiency at night, the awake time and arousal rate after falling asleep, the daytime sleep time and efficiency, and the average daytime napping time between the two groups(P<0.05).Between before and after treatment, there was no significant difference in the above indicators and amplitude, peak phase, and valley value in the group A(P>0.05).Conclusion:Alternating magnetic field and melatonin on AD will not affect the SD of patients, but it can significantly improve CRD and have good clinical application value.
