加减血府逐瘀汤治疗膝关节急性创伤性滑膜炎(气滞血瘀证)的临床分析

Treating acute traumatic synovitis of knee joint(the Qizhi Xueyu syndrome)with the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction

目的:探讨加减血府逐瘀汤治疗膝关节急性创伤性滑膜炎(气滞血瘀证)的临床效果。方法:选取我院于2018年1-12月期间收治的60例急性创伤性滑膜炎患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,其中对照组30例,采用常规治疗;实验组30例,在常规治疗的基础上服用加减血府逐瘀汤联合治疗。对比观察两组患者治疗2周、3周、4周后疼痛缓解情况,膝关节功能恢复情况,并从中医角度上观察患者的症状并评价患者中医症状积分,此外对患者进行实验室检查,对比实验室理化检查指标。结果:实验组患者治疗2周、3周、4周后疼痛缓解情况以及膝关节功能恢复情况明显优于对照组,实验组患者中医症状积分明显优于对照组,实验组实验室理化检查指标明显低于对照组。两组间数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加减血府逐瘀汤治疗膝关节急性创伤性滑膜炎(气滞血瘀证)可有效降低患者疼痛,有利于膝关节功能恢复,临床症状的改善和血液中理化指标的降低,有较好的临床效果,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction(血府逐瘀汤)on acute traumatic synovitis of knee joint with the Qizhi Xueyu syndrome(气滞血瘀证).Methods:From January 2018 to December 2018,60 patients were randomly divided into two groups.30 patients in the control group were treated with conventional medicine.30 patients in the experimental group were treated with the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction more.Results:After 2 weeks,3 weeks,and 4 weeks of treatment,the pain relief,knee function recovery and TCM symptom score in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the physical and chemical laboratory indicators were significantly lower than those in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on acute traumatic synovitis of knee joint(the Qizhi Xueyu syndrome)can effectively reduce pain,improve knee joint function and clinical symptoms,and reduce physical and chemical indicators in the blood.It is worth promoting.
