浮针疗法配合肌肉能量技术治疗颈肩肌筋膜疼痛综合征的疗效

Efficacy of Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling plus muscle energy technique on neck and shoulder myofascial pain syndrome

目的:探讨浮针疗法配合肌肉能量技术治疗颈肩肌筋膜疼痛综合征(Myofascial Pain Syndrome,MPS)的治疗效果。方法:选择2017年1月-2018年12月进入我院进行治疗的120例颈肩肌筋膜疼痛综合征患者作为研究对象,使用随机数字法将其分为对照组和实验组各60例,对照组给予针灸治疗,观察组给予浮针疗法配合肌肉能量技术治疗(Muscle Energy Technique,MET),观察对比两组患者的治疗有效程度、疼痛程度和颈椎关节活动情况。结果:观察组患者的治疗有效率要高于对照组,观察组患者的视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分和压痛评分都要低于对照组,观察组患者的颈椎关节活动度评分要高于对照组、颈椎残障指数评分要低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:使用浮针疗法配合肌肉能量技术治疗颈肩肌筋膜疼痛综合征的治疗效果良好,可以有效的提高治疗有效率和降低患者的疼痛情况以及增加患者颈椎关节的活动度。

Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of Fu’s subcutaneous needling plus muscle energy technique on neck and shoulder myofascial pain syndrome.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2018,120 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,60 patients in each.The control group was treated by acupuncture,and the observation group was treated by Fu’s subcutaneous needling plus muscle energy technology.Results:Efficiency in the observation group was higher than the control group.The tenderness score and the VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.The cervical joint mobility scores in the observation group was higher,and cervical disability index scores were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fu’s subcutaneous needling plus muscle energy technology on cervical and shoulder myofascial pain syndrome has a good effect,which can effectively improve efficiency and reduce the pain of patients and increase cervical spine joint mobility.
