心脑通脉方联合中医辨证治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病心绞痛效果观察

Observation of the effect of Xinnao Tongmai prescription combined with TCM syndrome differentiation in treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease

目的:观察心脑通脉方联合中医辨证治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病心绞痛的治疗效果.方法:选取2017年12月-2018年12月郑州天方中医心脑血管病医院收治的120例冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病心绞痛患者进行研究,随机分为观察组与对照组各60例,对照组给予心血康胶囊治疗,观察组给予心脑通脉方联合中医辨证治疗,以治疗效果为观察指标.结果:观察组的治疗总有效率93.33%(56/60)显著高于对照组75.00%(45/60)(P<0.05).结论:针对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病心绞痛患者,采用心脑通脉方联合中医辨证治疗能够有效缓解患者心绞痛等症状,具有较高的临床应用价值.

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Xinnao Tongmai formula(心脑通脉方)combined with TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods:A total of 120 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to Zhengzhou Tianfang TCM cardiovascular Hospital of from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected for the study.The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.Results:The effective rate 93.33%(56/60)of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group 75.00%(45/60)(P<0.05).The control group was treated with Xinxuekang capsules,and the observation group was treated with Xinnao Tongmai formula combined with TCM syndrome differentiation.The therapeutic effect was taken as the observation index.Conclusion:For patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,Xinnao Tongmai formula combined with TCM syndrome differentiation can effectively alleviate the symptoms of angina pectoris in patients,and it has clinical application value.
