归脾汤联合西药治疗缺铁性贫血的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of Guipi Decoction Combined with western medicine on iron deficiency anemia

系统评价归脾汤联合西药治疗缺铁性贫血的临床疗效.方法:计算机检索Cochrane Library,Pubmed,SinoMed,中国期刊全文数据库(China National Knowledge Infrastructure,CNKI),万方数据库(Wanfang Data),维普数据库(VIP Database for Chinese Technical Periodicals,VIP),检索时间范围限定为建库至2017年11月,检索所有归脾汤治疗缺铁性贫血的随机对照实验(Randomized controlled trial,RCTs),并追索纳入研究的参考文献.由两位评价者独立对纳入研究的质量进行严格评价和资料提取后,采用Review Manager,RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析.结果:最终纳入6个研究,共379例患者.Meta分析最终结果显示:与单纯使用西医治疗方案相比,归脾汤联合西药能有效提高临床治愈率[RR=1.37,95%CI(1.20,1.57),P<0.05]及降低不良反应发生率[OR=0.15,95%CI(0.06,0.35),P<0.05],其差异均具有统计学意义.结论:归脾汤联合西药能有效提高临床治愈率,并且可以显著降低不良反应发生率.

Objective:To systematically evaluate the safety and efficacy of Guipi Decoction(归脾汤)combined with western medicine in treating iron deficiency anemia.Method:We searched Cochrane Library,Pubmed,CNKI,Wangfang Data and Weipu Data through computer for data as at December 2017.All of randomized cotrolled trials(RCTs)of Guipi Decoction combined with western medicine in treating iron deficiency anemia were searched,and research literatures included in the RCTs were also traced.Two researchers independently conducted the strict quality evaluation and data extraction for the inclided studies and made a Meta-analysis by using RevMan5.3 software.Result:Totally 6 RCTs involving 379 patients were included into the study.The Meta-analysis results showed that compared with the pure application of western medicine,Guipi Decoction combined with western medicine can effectively improve the clinical cure rate[RR=1.37,95%CI(1.20,1.57),P<0.05],and can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions[OR=0.15,95%CI(0.06,0.35),P<0.05],with statistical significant differences.Conclusion:Guipi Decoction combined with western medicine in treating iron deficiency anemia can effectively improve the clinical cure rate and can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
