综合护理配合润肠丸治疗老年人功能性便秘的疗效观察

Observation of the curative effect of comprehensive nursing combined with Runchang Pill in the treatment of functional constipation in the elderly

目的:分析综合护理联合润肠丸应用在老年人功能性便秘中的治疗效果及应用价值.方法:选取2017年1月-2018年12月在汕头市中医医院开展治疗的老年人功能性便秘患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为A组和B组,A组采取润肠丸治疗,B组联合综合护理措施,对比两组治疗情况.结果:B组治疗总有效率为95.00%(38/40)显著高于A组的77.50%(31/40),组间对比统计学方法显示具有差异性(P<0.05).B组干预后大便性状评分(2.59±0.86)分,每周排便次数(5.97±1.68)次;A组干预后大便性状评分(1.86±0.32)分,每周排便次数(4.13±0.96)次,组间对比统计学方法显示具有差异性(P<0.05).结论:综合护理联合润肠丸应用在老年人功能性便秘中治疗效果可靠,能够改善患者大便性状,增加排便次数,值得在临床推广应用.

Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect and application value of comprehensive nursing combined with Runchang pills(润肠丸)in elderly patients with functional constipation.Methods:80 elderly patients with functional constipation who were treated in Shantou Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were divided into two groups:group A and group B.Group A was treated with Runchang pills and group B was treated with comprehensive nursing combined with Runchang pills.The treatment was compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in group B was significantly higher than that in group A 95.00%(38/40)vs 77.50%(31/40),(P<0.05).The scores of stool traits in group B were significantly higher than those in group A(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of stool traits and defecation times were(59±0.86)minutes,defecation times(5.97±1.68)times per week in Group B;After intervention,the scores of stool traits and defecation times were(1.86±0.32)and(4.13±0.96)times/week in group A,respectively.The statistical analysis showed that there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive nursing combined with Runchang pills is reliable and it can improve the defecation characteristics of the patients and increase the frequency of defecation in the treatment of functional constipation in the elderly.It is worth popularizing and applying in clinical practice.
