穴位贴敷配合抗结核药物治疗初治涂阳肺结核临床研究

Clinical study on acupoint application and anti-tuberculosis drugs in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis

目的:分析讨论对初始涂阳肺结核(Pulmonary Tuberculosis)患者进行穴位贴敷和抗结核药物联合治疗的具体效果和实际价值.方法:选取青岛市胸科医院2018年1月-2018年12月初始涂阳肺结核患者70例,根据入院先后将其均分为两组,每组35例,一组为对照组,单纯服用抗结核药物;一组为观察组,使用穴位贴敷+抗结核药物联合治疗.比较两组患者总有效率.结果:观察组和对照组总有效率分别为94.29%(33/35)和74.29%(26/35),观察组明显高于对照组,P<0.05.结论:对初始涂阳肺结核患者进行穴位贴敷和抗结核药物联合治疗疗效显著,在临床治疗中具有推广应用价值.

Objective:To analyze and discuss the effect and value of acupoint application combined with anti-tuberculosis drugs for pulmonary tuberculosis patients.Methods:70 patients with smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis treated in Qingdao Chest Hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected.According to their admission,they were divided into two groups,with 35 patients in each group.The control group received anti-tuberculosis drugs while the observation group was treated with acupoint application and antituberculosis drugs.The total effective rate was compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 94.29%(33/35)in the observation group and 74.29%(26/35)in the control group.The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application and combination of anti-tuberculosis drugs have significant curative effect on pulmonary tuberculosis patients.It has the value of popularization and application in clinical treatment.
