揿针治疗注意缺陷多动障碍90例疗效观察

Effect observation of press acupuncture in treating 90 cases of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder

目的:探讨观察揿针治疗注意缺陷多动障碍90例疗效.方法:选取2018年1月-2019年1月大连市第五人民医院收治的注意缺陷多动障碍患儿90例,依据不同治疗方式分成两组,对照组应用西药盐酸哌甲酯进行治疗,研究组联合应用揿针进行治疗.观察比较两组的临床治疗有效性.观察比较两组治疗后的注意缺陷多动障碍筛查量表(斯诺佩评估量表,Swanson Nolan and Pelham IV,SNAP-IV)量表评估得分情况.结果:研究组临床治疗总有效率为97.8%(44/45),显著高于对照组临床治疗总有效率77.8%(35/45)(P<0.05).治疗后研究组SNAP-IV量表评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:给予注意缺陷多动障碍患儿在西药治疗的基础上联合应用揿针治疗,可显著提高患儿的临床疗效,降低患儿的SNAP-IV量表评分.

Objective:To investigate and observe the therapeutic effect of press acupuncture on 90 cases of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.Methods:a total of 90 children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder admitted to our The Fifth People's Hospital of Dalian from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with methylphenidate hydrochloride,and the research group was treated with the combination of press-acupuncture.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed and compared.The snap-iv scale scores of the two groups after treatment were observed and compared.Results:the clinical effective rate of the study group was 97.8%(44/45),which was significantly higher than that of the control group 77.8%(35/45)(P<0.05).After treatment,the snap-iv scale score of the research group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:in addition to western medicine treatment,the combination of press-acupuncture therapy can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the snap-iv scale score of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
