中西医结合保守治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效研究

Therapeutic effect of conservative treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for lumbar disc herniation

目的:对于腰椎间盘突出症患者采取中西医结合保守治疗的具体方法及治疗效果进行分析.方法:选取腰椎间盘突出症患者资料100例施行分析,所选100例腰椎间盘突出症患者通过随机法加以分组,其中50例腰椎间盘突出症患者接受自拟强腰益肾汤、针灸康复单纯中医治疗作为对照组,指导患者强腰益肾汤口服加针灸康复单纯中医治疗,强腰益肾汤口服每天1剂,针灸治疗每天1次,一共1个月;剩余50例腰椎间盘突出症患者接受中西医结合保守治疗作为研究组,对比两组腰椎间盘突出症患者的治疗效果,通过疼痛视觉模拟法记录两组腰椎间盘突出症患者治疗之后的疼痛程度.结果:研究组腰椎间盘突出症患者治疗效果优28例,良20例,差2例,治疗总有效率为96.0%(48/50),对照组腰椎间盘突出症患者治疗效果优12例,良23例,差15例,治疗总有效率为70.0%(35/50),两组腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床总体有效率对比差异明显;研究组腰椎间盘突出症患者治疗之前的疼痛评分为(7.22±1.53)分,治疗之后疼痛评分为(3.21±1.38)分,对照组腰椎间盘突出症患者治疗之前的疼痛评分为(7.16±1.62)分,治疗之后疼痛评分为(3.06±1.22)分,两组腰椎间盘突出症患者治疗之后的疼痛评分对比差异明显.结论:临床中针对腰椎间盘突出症患者,为其提供中西医结合保守治疗效果比单纯中医治疗效果更好,能够有效缓解腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛程度,应该给予大力的推广与应用.

Objective:To analyze the specific methods and therapeutic effects of conservative treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:100 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected,and were randomly divided into two groups.The 50 patients who received self-made Qiangyao Yishen Decoction(强腰益肾汤)and acupuncture rehabilitation were taken as the control group,Qiangyao Yishen Decoction was taken orally once a day,acupuncture treatment was given once a day,for 1 month;the remaining 50 patients who were given conservative treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine were taken as the study group.The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups,and pain degree was recorded by pain visual simulation.Results:The response rate of treatment was 96.00%(48/50)in the study group,with excellent response in 28 cases,good in 20 cases,and poor in 2 cases;,and the response rate was 70.00%(35/50)in the control group,with excellent response in 12 cases,good in 23 cases,and poor in 15 cases,where significant difference was shown between the two groups.The pain score of the patients with lumbar disc herniation was(7.22±1.53)points before treatment and(3.21±1.38)points after treatment in the study group;the pain score was(7.16±1.62)points before treatment and 3.06±1.22 points after treatment in the control group;the difference between the two groups was significant.Conclusion:For patients with lumbar disc herniation,conservative treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is with better effect than traditional Chinese medicine.It can help alleviate the pain degree of patients,and is of significant value to be popularized in clinical applications.
