双合汤对激素性股骨头缺血坏死的影响观察

Effect of Shuanghe decoction on steroid-induced ischemic necrosis of femoral head

目的:研究双合汤治疗激素性股骨头缺血性坏死的疗效情况.方法:选择40只[斯泼累格·多雷(Sprague Dawley,SD)]大鼠,随机数字表法分为空白组10只,激素造模组30只,根据成功建模后随机数字表法分为模型组10只,血脂康组9只和双汤组9只,然后药物治疗,血脂康组和双汤组分别给予脂多糖和双汤治疗,空白组与模型组给予等量生理盐水灌胃,生物力学实验评价股骨头缺血性坏死情况.结果:其他各组与模型组比较,最大应变值的比较有统计学意义(P<0.01);脂康组与模型组比较,P>0.05为无统计学意义;空白组和双合汤组的最大负荷值均显著增加,而模型组明显减少.模型组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:双合汤能改善股骨头的结构特性,可用于防治激素性股骨头缺血性坏死.

Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of Shuanghe decoction(双合汤)on steroid-induced ischemic necrosis of femoral head.Methods:40 SD rats were randomly divided into the blank group 10 cases,hormone made module group 30 cases,According to the successful modeling,the rats were randomly divided into model group 10 cases,Xuezhikang group(血脂康组)9 cases and Shuangtang group 9 cases,and then treated with lipopolysaccharide and Shuangtang in Xuezhikang group and Shuangtang group,respectively.The blank group and model group were given the same amount of normal saline intragastrically.The biomechanical experimental evaluation of ischemic necrosis of femoral head was made.Results:Compared with model group,the maximum strain value of other groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).Zhikang group and model group showed no statistical significance,P>0.05.The maximum load value of blank group and Shuanghe Decoction group increased significantly,while that of model group decreased significantly.The difference between model groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shuanghe decoction can improve the structural characteristics of femoral head and can be used to prevent and treat steroid-induced avascular necrosis of femoral head.
