燕山石化1.2Mt/a中压加氢裂化装置MHUG工业试验与分析 被引量:2

摘要 为了有效解决催化裂化柴油库存偏高制约炼油系统经济效益的现状,中国石化北京燕山分公司1.2Mt/a中压加氢裂化装置在现有流程及催化剂体系不改动的前提下,将FDHC工艺与MHUG工艺进行相互转换。与FDHC工艺相比,采用MHUG工艺存在以下变化:一是操作参数变化明显,第一反应器总温升升高27.2℃,第二反应器总温升呈下降趋势,但裂化平均温度提高约16℃。二是物料平衡率变化较大,氢耗增加了0.72%,干气收率降低1.02%,轻石脑油收率降低0.22%,重石脑油收率降低5.04%,尾油收率降低6.72%,但尾油总量升高。在按MHUG运行期间,炼油系统柴油总产量呈下降趋势,汽油总产量增加明显。三是产品质量变化较大,轻、重航煤单环芳烃含量提高了16.2个百分点、25.3个百分点,可到催化裂化装置回炼;尾油十六烷值降低约8.5个单位,十六烷值指数降低约10个单位,可有效解决柴油产品十六烷值过剩的问题。 In order to improve the economic benefit of refinery system which is constrained by overstocked diesel of FCC,the 1.2Mt/a middle-pressure hydrocracking unit of SINOPEC Beijing Yanshan Company converted the FDHC process to MHUG technology on the premise of the existing process and unchanged catalytic system.Compared with FDHC process,MHUG process has the following changes.Firstly,the operating parameters change significantly.The total temperature rise of the first reactor increases by 27.2℃,while the total temperature rise of the second reactor decreases,but the average cracking temperature increases by 16℃.Secondly,the material balance changes greatly.The hydrogen consumption increases by 0.72%,the gas yield decreases by 1.02%,the light naphtha yield decreases by 0.22%,the heavy naphtha yield decreases by 5.04%,and the tail oil yield decreases by 6.72%,but the total tail oil increases.During the operation of MHUG,the total production of diesel shows a downward trend while the gasoline increases significantly.Lastly,the product quality changes greatly.The content of single cyclic aromatic hydrocarbons of light and heavy jet fuel increases by 16.2%and 25.3%respectively,which can be recycled to FCC unit.The cetane number of tail oil is reduced by about 8.5,and the cetane index is reduced by about 10,which can effectively solve the problem of quality excess of diesel product.
