摘要
通过对1"上装式、浮球球阀的中道法兰内螺纹强度进行验算,以及对螺纹总作用力、比压进行计算,结果远小于相应温度下阀体材料和螺栓材料的许用应力值,因此,此类小尺寸(一般NPS≤40)上装式阀门,当管法兰螺栓安装空间有限时,可将阀门边法兰孔改为内螺纹孔。
For 1inch top entry flanged float ball valve,through the calculation of the screwed strength for the body flange bolting holes,and of the total force for the screwed threads,and of the pressure ratio for the threads,the results is far less than that of the corresponding temperature allowance stress for the body and bolting materials,therefore,such a small size top entry flanged valves,usually NPS less than DN40,when the pipe flange bolting installation space is limited,the inner screwed bolting holes can be instead of.
