通过对1"上装式、浮球球阀的中道法兰内螺纹强度进行验算,以及对螺纹总作用力、比压进行计算,结果远小于相应温度下阀体材料和螺栓材料的许用应力值,因此,此类小尺寸(一般NPS≤40)上装式阀门,当管法兰螺栓安装空间有限时,可将阀门边法兰孔改为内螺纹孔。
