摘要
网络化作战体系以信息流和逻辑流为纽带,以网络为中心涵盖侦察预警、指挥控制、防空反导、火力打击、信息攻击、综合保障等多个作战要素.研究通过多层异质网络将作战目标、关联结构和运行机理进行有机融合,用以解决关键目标的打击筹划问题.鉴于网络化作战体系相互关联整体联动、不同节点彼此依赖,打击某个节点可能导致其他节点的连锁反应,为实现最大打击效益需在节点打击过程中充分考虑节点级联失效和武器突防代价,科学设计打击节点的先后顺序和组合问题.通过网络化作战体系将作战目标保障与运筹优化理论有机结合,为联合作战目标打击筹划提供理论指导和计算支撑.
Networked operation system of systems contains the operation elements of reconnaissance,command and control,defense,strike and support,which is bonded by the information flow and logic flow.On multi-layered heterogeneous networks,targets,links and mechanisms are considered in the attack planning for key targets.Due to the facts that the whole system works as a unity and di erent nodes are dependent on each other,attacking a single node will cause a large-scale cascade failure.In order to obtain the maximum of operation benefits and reduce the cost in the course of actions,attack planning should be made to design the attack order and targets combination.This paper combines the key targets with optimization theory,which can be used to guide the attack planning for key targets in the decision making of operations.
