摘要
针对矿山电气故障,传统电气自动化设备数据采集系统存在诊断时间延迟的问题,为此进行矿山电气自动化设备数据采集系统设计与应用的研究.硬件设计中,设计通讯接口电路和前端采集电路,实现输入电流电压的放大缩小,确定输入和输出阻抗的缓冲隔离作用;软件设计中,设计数据采集流程,并对数据采集指令进行配置,完成终端设备数据采集通讯的控制,结合硬件和软件设计,至此完成数据采集系统的设计.通过对比实验可知,设计系统相比传统系统故障诊断时间缩短了2分57秒.
In view of the mine electrical fault,the traditional electrical automation equipment data acquisition system has the problem of diagnosis time delay,so the design and application of mine electrical automation equipment data acquisition system are studied.In the hardware design,the communication interface circuit and front-end acquisition circuit are designed to enlarge and reduce the input current and voltage,and determine the buffering and isolation function of input and output impedance;in the software design,the data acquisition process is designed,and the data acquisition instructions are configured to complete the data acquisition and communication control of the terminal equipment,and the data acquisition system is completed by combining the hardware and software design Unified design.Compared with the traditional system,the fault diagnosis time of the designed system is shortened by 2 minutes and 57 seconds.
