摘要 研究确立了电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定铁矿石中铊含量的方法.样品采用盐酸+硝酸+高氯酸+氢氟酸的溶样方法,优化了质谱仪的各项参数,考察了溶样条件、基体效应、干扰试验及分析方法性能指标.测定铁矿石中的铊相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.84% ~2.65%之间,加标回收率在95.0% ~103.9%之间,检出限为0.011 ng/mL.建立的分析方法准确、灵敏、快捷,符合痕量元素分析的要求. Determination of Thallium in Iron Ores by ICP-MS was studied.Samples were dissolved by hydrochloric acid,nitric acid,perchloric acid and hydrofluoric acid.The experimental conditions,elimination of matrix effect,interference and analysis performances were estimated.Relative standard deviations of Thallium in Iron Ores were 0.84%~2.65%.The recoveries were between 95.0%~103.9%.Detection limits were 0.011 ng·mL-1.The method is accurate,sensitive,rapid.It was accorded with the demand of trace analysis.
