摘要
从覆盖件的基本信息出发,以UG的三维模型为主、CATIA的2D工法及A utoForm的分析为辅,完成了一副汽车覆盖件模具的设计与实现.经过试模、调模,验证了该设计是正确、合理的.以覆盖件为对象的冲压模具设计技术展开研究,不仅有利于系统提高模具设计、开发的能力和水平,而且对我国高端汽车行业的发展具有重要的现实意义.
Starting from the basic information of parts,taking UG three-dimensional model as the main part,CAD method of CATIA and analysis of AutoForm as the supplement,the design and implementation of a set of automobile panel die is completed.The design is proved to be correct and reasonable by the model test.Research on stamping die design technology for panel is not only conducive to improving the ability and level of die design and development,but also has important practical significance for the development of high-end automotive industry in China.
