摘要
分析了现有由高强板弯曲成形车架纵梁工艺装配流程,统计汇总装配过中制约一次成形问题,针对一次弯曲成形时回弹量大、尺寸难以保证的问题,通过确定回弹角度计算,凹凸模具设计,参数修正,弯曲力计算,折弯机选择等开展高强板折弯技术的研究,成功解决了纵梁一次成形合格率底的问题,确保了制件的按时交付,为生产能力的提升作出了突出贡献.
According to the existing assembly process of multi--stage cylinder,the quality problems in the assembly process are summarized and the difficulties in the processing of split holes are pointed out.Aiming at the difficult problem of solt hole processing,the mechanical seam hole processing device design of multistage cylinder engine is carried out form three aspects,determining the scope of use of multi-stage cylinder,process equipment design scheme and key parts design,so as to improve the efficiency and qualification rate.
