摘要
介绍了长安某车型门内饰板某翻边塑件的模具基本结构,其中斜顶弹针是成型双翻边内孔位的关键,通过UG仿真模拟及角度计算等,研究直顶加斜顶结构结合弹针成型的运动过程,可为类似塑件的模具设计提供参考。
This paper introduces a basic mold structure for a flanging of the door trim body of a changan vehicle type.The spring needle in the lifter is the key to double flanging position.Through UG simulation and angle calculation,the movement process of thimble&lifter structure combined with the spring needle is studied,which can prov ide reference for the mold design of similar products.
