摘要
继电器支架类零件小孔的尺寸精度及粗糙度对小轴的配合及使用有较大的影响,作为关键和重要尺寸来进行控制和管理,小孔的最后成形的原工艺为精铰,但效率较为低下,而且受人为因素、刀具因素影响较大.采用精冲的方式进行改进和探索,为小孔类零件的加工提供了新的工艺途径.
The size precision and roughness of the micro-hole of relay holder parts have great influence on the fit and use of the small shafts,as a key and important dimensions to control and management,the original process of the final forming of the micro-hole is fine hinge,but the efficiency is lower,and is influenced by the human factor and the cutting tool factor.In this paper,the stamping method is improved and explored,which provides a new way for the machining of small hole parts.
