摘要
分段圆弧轮廓铣刀结合新的5轴联动策略,可针对航空结构件,特别是侧壁加工提高编程灵活性、提升效率和表面质量.首先分析了分段圆弧刀具的几何特点,其次结合了TEBIS软件介绍了该类刀具的5轴联动编程策略,最后通过刀路仿真以及螺旋造型样件的实际加工论证了该刀具和方法的有效性.
Structure part machining,especially for side machining on flank elements,the new method could help to increase machining flexibility,efficiency and surface quality.First analyzed geometry feature of cycle segment cutter,then introduced how to program this kind of tool with new 5-axis machining strategy in TEBIS,the effectiveness of this new method is then proved by simulation of toolpath and manufacturing of a real helix part.
