摘要 通过对基体为陶瓷,镀层为铝样件的激光加工实验,研究加工参数对表面标刻质量的影响.为提高小单元的加工精度,保证其加工质量,针对延时参数、轮廓相关参数、填充相关参数等参数设计了多因素参数试验,完成打标实验,比较实验结果,分析了加工参数对加工质量的影响.从而优化参数设置,实验结果表明延时参数(开光延时-200、关光延时300、结束延时400、拐角延时200)、轮廓相关参数(勾选使能轮廓、绕边走一次)以及填充相关参数(线间距0.005mm、环型填充或优化双向填充)时,加工质量最为满意,为实现激光高效加工提供了工艺理论基础. In this paper, the laser processing experiment is conducted to study the influence of processing parameters on the surface marking quality. The substrate of the sample is ceramic and the coating is aluminum. In order to improve the processing accuracy of the small unit and ensure its processing quality, a multi-factor parameter test was designed for parameters such as delay parameters, contour related parameters, and filling related parameters. The marking experiment was completed, the experimental results were compared, and the processing parameters were analyzed for processing quality. Impact. In order to optimize the parameter settings, the experimental results show that the delay parameters(open delay-200, close delay300, end delay 400, corner delay 200), contour related parameters(check enable, enable contour, walk around the edge once) And filling related parameters(line spacing 0.005 mm, ring filling or optimized bidirectional filling), the processing quality is the most satisfactory, which provides a theoretical basis for the realization of efficient laser processing.
