平顶山市人体重点寄生虫感染现状调查与分析 被引量:2

摘要 为了解平顶山市人体重点寄生虫病的流行现状和规律,为本地区肠道寄生虫感染防治提供科学依据,2014-2015年按照全国第三次人体重点寄生虫病调查方案及河南省的调查方案,结合经济和地理条件进行分层整群抽样,对调查点常驻居民采用改良加藤厚涂片法和碘液涂片法分别检查肠道蠕虫和原虫感染情况,3~6岁儿童加做透明胶纸肛门拭法检测蛲虫感染。结果共调查2 563人,肠道寄生虫感染74人,感染率2.89%。共检出8种肠道寄生虫,其中蠕虫5种,感染率2.46%(63/2 563);原虫3种,感染率0.43%(11/2 563)。混合感染占0.11%,均为2种虫种感染。主要肠道寄生虫为蛲虫1.13%和蛔虫0.90%。其中292名3~6岁儿童进行了透明胶纸肛拭检查,发现儿童蛲虫感染率3.77%(11/292)。结果表明,平顶山市人体寄生虫总感染率和各虫种感染率均大幅度下降,但仍需对相关人群寄生虫感染进行防治,尤其是对儿童蛲虫感染要加强防治。 In order to understand the epidemic status and regularity of principal human parasitic disease in Pingdingshan City, and provide scientific basis for prevention and control of intestinal parasite infection in the region, according to the scheme of The 3 rd National Survey of Principal Human Parasites made by National Institute of Parasitic Diseases, and combined with the economic and geographical conditions, a stratified cluster sampling was performed during 2014-2015. The infections of intestinal helminths and protozoans in permanent residents were respectively detected by Kato-Kats technique and iodine solution. Enterobius vermicularis infection in children aged 3-6 years was detected by cellophane swab method. A total of 2 563 individuals were investigated and 74 people had parasitic infection, the infection rate was 2.89%. Eight kinds of parasites were found in this survey, including 5 species of helminthes with infection rate of 2.46%(63/2 563) and 3 species of protozoans with infection rate of 0.43%(11/2 563). The rate of E. vermicularis was 3.77% in children aged 3-6 years. Only 0.11% of the infections were co-infection by 2 kinds of parasites. The main intestinal parasites in this region were E. vermicularis(1.13%) and Asearis lumbricoides(0.90%),in which 292 children aged 3-6 years were detected for E. vermicularis infection with infective rate of 3.77%(11/292). The results showed that the total infection rate and the infection rate of various species of parasites have declined significantly in Pingdingshan City, and E. vermicularis infection in children should be the focus of prevention and control of parasitic diseases from now on.
