摘要
针对某柴油机铝活塞摩擦磨损研究,利用Pisdyn动力学分析软件对活塞的不同裙部壁厚、裙部形线以及销孔偏心的裙部摩擦磨损以及由二阶运动导致的活塞与缸套之间的敲击动能、裙部最大接触压力和累计磨损等进行模拟分析计算。结果表明,该发动机活塞裙部形线对活塞摩擦损失、敲击动能影响最大,销孔偏心和裙部厚度的影响相对较小。
To conduct a study on aluminium piston’s friction and wear of a diesel engine, Pisdyn had been used for dynamics analysis of friction and wear of pistons with different wall thicknesses, skirt profiles and pin offsets. Knocking energy, peak contact pressure of skirt and cumulative friction between piston and cylinder caused by the secondary movement were calculated. The results show that the skirt profile has the greatest impact on the piston’s friction loss and knocking energy, while pin offset and wall thickness have the least impact.
