摘要
以493发动机某类汽车水泵轴承转轴为研究对象,通过分析承受的各种载荷,建立了稳态工况下的力系平衡方程,判断出轴承转轴的变形形式,并利用第三强度理论计算出危险截面的最大应力,结果表明,该汽车水泵轴承转轴满足稳态工况下悬载风扇的强度设计。
Taking the bearing shaft of a certain type of automobile water pump bearing of 493 engine as the research object,by analyzing the various loads,the equilibrium equation of the force system under steady-state conditions was established,the deformation form of the bearing shaft was determined,and the third strength theory was used to calculate the maximum stress of the dangerous section.The results show that the automobile water pump bearing shaft meets the strength design of the suspended fan under steady state conditions。
