摘要
线缆质量直接影响供电安全,试样制作是线缆检测的必备环节,然而目前的制样方式存在劳动强度高、安全隐患大和工作效率低等诸多问题。文章通过对接近传感和导体识别技术的研究,应用PLC伺服电动机控制技术,研制了线缆试样制作一体化装置,实现一键化、精准化和智能化作业,便捷、安全、高效地完成试样制作。
Cable quality directly affects the safety of power supply.Sample preparation is an essential part of cable testing.However,the current sample preparation methods have many problems such as high labor intensity,high security risks and low efficiency.Through the research of proximity sensing and conductor identification technology and the application of the PLC servo motor control technology,this paper develops an integrated device for cable sample preparation,which realizes one-click,accurate and intelligent operation,and completes sample preparation conveniently,safely and efficiently.
