风机基础灌浆料变形性能及开裂敏感性研究

摘要 研究了膨胀剂及养护剂对风机基础灌浆料变形性能及开裂敏感性的影响。试验结果表明,膨胀剂的限制膨胀率越高,补偿收缩的效果越好;采用复合型养护剂时干燥收缩减缩率为28.6%,减缩效果优于有机型养护剂;在掺加膨胀剂的基础上,采用复合型养护剂养护,灌浆料的开裂时间从2d延迟至7d,裂缝宽度降低了60%,灌浆料的抗裂性能大幅提升。 Effect of expansive agent and curing agent on the deformation performance and cracking sensitivity of grouting material for fan were studied in this paper.The results indicated that the shrinkage of grouting material is lower when the restrained expansion rate of expansive agent is higher;the drying shrinkage reducing rate is 28.6%with the use of compound curing agent,much better than organic curing agent;when expansive agent and compound curing agent were used,grouting material cracked 5 d later than the reference,and the crack width is 60%smaller.
