住宅精装修工程保温板墙面“动态裂缝”防控技术研究

Research on the Prevention and Control Technology of“Dynamic crack”on the Wall Surface of Thermal Insulation Board in Residential Fine Decoration Project

住宅精装修工程的外墙内保温板的施工质量问题,以及后期因环境与结构不均匀沉降等变形而产生墙面装饰抹灰层开裂等质量问题,是该行业中一直不能彻底解决的质量通病。通过装饰施工过程中的技术创新,改进施工工艺,并经多个工程应用,取得了良好效果。此项技术解决了保温板墙面“动态裂缝”变形造成的质量问题。

The construction quality problems of external wall insulation boards in fine decoration engineerings,and later quality problems such as craze on the metope adornment floated coat which caused by uneven settlement deformation of the structure and environment deformation,such problems has never been completely solved.The paper takes technological innovation in the construction process,improves the construction technology which was applicated,also achieved good effect in multiple project.This technique solves the quality problem caused by the deformation of"dynamic crack"on the insulation wall.
