新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控背景下中高危甲状腺癌外科治疗经验

Surgical treatment experience in intermediate-to high-risk thyroid cancer in the context of coronavirus disease 2019 epidemic prevention and control

随着2019年12月以来全球范围内新型冠状病毒感染引起的肺炎病例数急剧增加,我国各地的医疗机构对患者的收治策略均发生了较大调整。一方面,恶性肿瘤患者免疫力下降使其成为了病毒的高危感染人群;另一方面,恶性肿瘤作为特殊疾病类型,其手术治疗需限期完成,难以拖延,在疫情期间对此类患者进行手术救治对医务工作者而言面临极大挑战。四川省肿瘤医院作为西南地区最大的肿瘤专科医院,在疫情防控同时仍坚持救治恶性肿瘤患者并取得了良好效果。本文以头颈外科一病区中高危甲状腺癌患者的收治情况为例,进一步对本院疫情期间外科中心的诊治流程及经验进行总结和归纳。

With the dramatic increase in the number of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)cases world⁃wide since December 2019,hospitals across China have made major adjustments in the admission strategies for pa⁃tients.On the one hand,the weakened immunity of patients with malignant tumors makes them a high-risk group of virus infection.On the other hand,for malignant tumor,as a special disease type,its surgical treatment needs to be completed within a time limit,which is unlikely to be delayed.Therefore,it is a great challenge for medical workers to carry out surgical treatment for such patients during the COVID-19 epidemic.As the largest tumor specialized hospital in southwest China,Sichuan Cancer Hospital still persisted in treating patients with malignant tumors while preventing and controlling the epidemic and has achieved good results.Taking the treatment of intermediate-to high-risk thyroid cancer patients in the First Ward Area of Head and Neck Surgery as an example,this article fur⁃ther summarizes the diagnosis and treatment process and experience of the Surgical Center in our hospital during the COVID-19 epidemic.
