新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间影像科开展CT检查的防护管理措施

Protection and management measures adopted by the department of radiology when performing CT examinations during the COVID-19 epidemic

自从2019年12月以来,湖北省武汉市出现多起新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)感染的肺炎,随后开始在全国各地及海外蔓延。与临床普通科室不同,影像学检查是对新型冠状病毒核酸检测阴性感染者的重要预警信号,且影像学检查流程复杂、影像科人员流动大,对患者的管理较为复杂,防护要求高。本文结合影像科CT检查特点,提出了在疫情蔓延期间在影像科进行CT检查的防护和管理策略,希望能为广大同仁提供参考和帮助。

Since December 2019,there have been several cases of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavi⁃rus 2(SARS-CoV-2)-induced pneumonia,coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),in Wuhan,Hubei Province,China,and the disease subsequently began to spread across China and overseas countries.Unlike the procedures of the general clinical departments,the radiological examination can provide an important prewarning signal for infect⁃ed cases with a negative SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid test.Meanwhile,the radiological examination process is com⁃plex,the flow of people in the department of radiology is frequent,the management of patients is relatively com⁃plex,and the protective requirements are strict.This article puts forward some protection and management strategies for computed tomography(CT)examinations in the department of radiology during the COVID-19 epidemic with ref⁃erence to the characteristics of CT examinations,aiming to provide reference and help for the colleagues.
