口腔医师对牙槽骨吸收相关知识的认知调查

A cognitive investigation of the knowledge on alveolar bone resorption among dentists

目的:引导口腔医师和群众树立健康优先,预防为主的理念,本文以牙槽骨吸收这一常见病为例,调查口腔医师对牙槽骨吸收相关知识的认识情况。方法:对四川省各级医院的口腔医师进行问卷调查,主要内容为各口腔医师接诊患者中牙槽骨吸收的患病率、口腔医师对牙槽骨吸收相关知识的来源以及对牙槽骨吸收预防和治疗的了解情况等。问卷回收筛选后用SPSS20.0进行统计学分析。结果:口腔医师接诊的患者中,大多数存在牙槽骨吸收的问题。大多数口腔医师对牙槽骨吸收相关知识的认识来源于课本,很少进行过实验探究。各口腔专业的医师了解牙槽骨吸收治疗及预防方法的个数有差异,且差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:多数口腔医师对牙槽骨吸收相关知识了解不全面,对牙槽骨吸收的预防和治疗不够重视,应该加强口腔医师对牙槽骨吸收知识的摄取和增强其预防宣教意识。

Objective:To investigate the knowledge of alveolar bone resorption among dentists,and to guide dentists and patients to establish the concept that health and prevention come first.Methods:A questionnaire sur⁃vey was conducted among the dentists in hospitals at all levels in Sichuan,China,and the main contents of the ques⁃tionnaire included the prevalence rate of alveolar bone resorption in patients treated by dentists,the source of the knowledge of alveolar bone resorption,and the understanding of the prevention and treatment of alveolar bone re⁃sorption.Then SPSS 20.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results:Most of the patients treated by dentists had the problem of alveolar bone absorption,most of the knowledge of alveolar bone resorption came from textbooks,with few experiments.There was a significant difference in the number of treatment and prevention methods for alveolar bone absorption between the dentists with different specialties(P<0.05).Conclusion:A large number of dentists lack a comprehensive understanding of the knowledge of alveolar bone resorption and do not pay enough attention to the prevention and treatment of alveolar bone resorption.It is necessary to strengthen the knowledge of alveolar bone absorption among dentists and enhance their awareness of prevention and education.
