基于CATCH模式下的品管圈活动在眼科老年患者跌倒中的应用

Application of quality control circle activity based on CATCH mode in reducing falls for elderly ophthalmic patients

目的:探讨基于CATCH模式下的品管圈活动在降低眼科老年患者跌倒发生率的应用效果,为制定标准化、规范化管理流程提供依据。方法:选择2017年1至12月我院眼科老年患者1 136例为对照组,采用常规护理管理模式预防患者跌倒发生;2018年1至12月该院患者1367例为观察组,开展基于CATCH模式下的品管圈活动预防患者跌倒,比较两组患者跌倒发生率和伤害情况;采用问卷调查评估两组对跌倒的预防措施的掌握程度及住院期间满意度,利用卡方检验等对其进行统计分析。结果:观察组患者跌倒发生率明显低于对照组(χ~2=11.961,P <0.001),观察组患者伤害率低于对照组(Z=2.308,P=0.021 <0.05),观察组患者对跌倒的应急预案掌握程度(χ~2=64.233,P <0.001)及住院间满意度明显高于对照组(Z=8.276,P <0.001)。结论:CATCH模式下的品管圈活动能有效降低眼科老年患者跌倒风险,提高患者对跌倒的应急预案掌握程度及住院期间对护理的满意度。

Objective:To investigate the effect of quality control circle activity based on CATCH mode in re⁃ducing the incidence rate of falls in elderly ophthalmic patients,and to provide a basis for developing a standardized management process.Methods:A total of 1136 elderly ophthalmic patients who were treated in our hospital from January to December,2017,were enrolled as control group and were given routine nursing management to prevent falls;1367 patients who were treated in our hospital from January to December,2018,were enrolled as observation group and were given quality control circle activity based on CATCH mode to prevent falls.The incidence rates of falls and injuries were compared between the two groups;a questionnaire survey was used to evaluate the degree of mastery of preventive measures for falls and the degree of satisfaction during hospitalization;the chi-square test was used for statistical analysis.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had significantly low⁃er incidence rates of falls(χ2=11.961,P<0.001)and injuries(Z=2.308,P=0.021)and significantly higher de⁃gree of mastery of emergency plan for falls(χ2=64.233,P<0.001)and degree of satisfaction during hospitalization(Z=8.276,P<0.001).Conclusion:Quality control circle activity based on CATCH mode can effectively reduce the risk of falls in elderly ophthalmic patients and improve the mastery of emergency plan for falls and the degree of satisfaction with nursing during hospitalization.
