肝硬化健康素养的研究进展

Research advances in health literacy of liver cirrhosis

肝硬化是一种慢性进行性疾病,发病率和并发症均在逐年增高。通过提高肝硬化患者的健康素养水平,来改善其健康结局迫在眉睫。本文阐述了健康素养的概念、内涵、健康素养与健康结局的关系,并对肝硬化健康素养的研究现状进行分析。提出了肝硬化健康素养研究的挑战及对未来健康素养研究的展望,以期提高肝硬化患者的生活质量。

Liver cirrhosis is a chronic progressive disease and its incidence rate and complications are increasing year by year.It is extremely urgent to improve health outcome by increasing the level of health literacy in patients with liver cirrhosis.This article elaborates on the concept and connotation of health literacy,explains the association between health literacy and health outcome,and analyzes the current status of research on health literacy of liver cirrhosis.This article also points out the challenges and perspectives of the research on health literacy in liver cirrhosis,in order to improve the quality of life of patients with liver cirrhosis.
