摘要
本文介绍了一种利用加压设备采用通氧加压碱浸的工艺从高砷锑烟灰中有效分离并绿色回收砷锑的生产工艺。结果表明,液固比控制5:1,氧化温度控制在120℃,氧气压力维持0.6Mpa,氢氧化钠加入量300kg/t烟灰,砷的浸出率可达90%以上。
This paper introduces a production process for efficiently separating and greenly recovering arsenic and antimony from high arsenic and antimony soot by using oxygen pressurized and alkaline leaching process using pressurized equipment.The results show that the liquid-solid ratio is controlled at 5:1,the oxidation temperature is controlled at 120℃,the oxygen pressure is maintained at 0.6Mpa,the amount of sodium hydroxide added is 300kg / t soot,and the leaching rate of arsenic can reach more than 90%.
