矿井排水系统是保证矿井安全生产的重要组成系统之一,传统的矿井排水系统通常是由以继电控制器电路为主的控制系统组成的,可靠性低、故障率高,严重影响了矿井的安全高效生产。西门子公司研发的新一代小型控制器S7-1200PLC以其低成本、高可靠性等优点在各种控制系统中得到了广泛的应用,矿井排水系统结合监控软件实现对矿井排水系统的远程控制,极大的提高了系统的自动化程度和工作的可靠性。

Mine drainage system is one of the important systems to ensure the safety of mine production.The traditional mine drainage system is usually composed of relay controller circuit based control system,which has low reliability and high failure rate,seriously affecting the safety and efficiency of mine production.S7-1200plc,a new generation of small controller developed by Siemens company,has been widely used in various control systems for its advantages of low cost and high reliability.The mine drainage system realizes remote control of the mine drainage system with monitoring software,which greatly improves the automation degree and reliability of the system.
