基于G120变频器的控制系统在矿井加压泵站的应用

摘要 许多地区的许多煤矿在地下采矿工作面的液压泵站上进行了技术革新,并安装了变频调速器。投入使用后,不仅保证了泵站设备的安全稳定运行,而且减少了用电量,减少了噪声污染,并收到了安全,节能,环保的良好效果。在加压泵站安装变频调速器后,效果明显。该系统装置可以自动调节泵站的工作压力,自动控制和降低电动机的速度,从而有效地节省了电能。本文对基于G120变频器的控制系统在矿井加压泵站的应用进行了研究探讨。 Many coal mines in many regions have undergone technological innovations on hydraulic pumping stations in underground mining working faces,and have installed variable frequency governors.After being put into use,it not only ensures the safe and stable operation of the pumping station equipment,but also reduces the power consumption and noise pollution,and has received good results in safety,energy saving and environmental protection.After installing the variable frequency governor in the booster pumping station,the effect is obvious.The system device can automatically adjust the working pressure of the pumping station,automatically control and reduce the speed of the motor,thereby effectively saving electrical energy.In this paper,the application of the control system based on G120 inverter in the mine booster pumping station is discussed.
