摘要
某三螺旋稳定器在钻井工作中发生耐磨带脱落及基体出现裂纹的现象。采用超声波探伤、力学性能测试、硬度测试、金相检验、断口分析、晶间腐蚀等方法对无磁稳定器耐磨带脱落及裂纹原因进行了分析。结果表明,无磁稳定器制造过程中,喷焊耐磨带存在弥散的气孔,造成耐磨带结合强度以及对硬质合金块支撑、保护作用不足,最终导致稳定器工作过程中耐磨带脱落。
The wear-resistant belt of a three screw stabilizer has fallen off and the matrix has cracks during drilling.The reasons for the falling off of the wear band and the crack of the non-magnetic stabilizer were analyzed by means of ultrasonic testing,mechanical property testing,hardness testing,metallographic examination,fracture analysis and intergranular corrosion.The results show that during the manufacturing process of the non-magnetic stabilizer,there are dispersed pores in the spray welded wear-resistant belt,which results in the insufficient bonding strength of the wear-resistant belt and the insufficient support and protection for the cemented carbide block,and finally causes the wear-resistant belt to fall off during the working process of the stabilizer.
