钛合金棒材热模锻造成形技术研究

摘要 钛合金棒材通常带有较高的加强筋结构,零件形状复杂且尺寸较大,对棒材制作精度要求高等导致钛合金棒材加工困难。本文以热模锻造成形技术为例,分析了局部加载热模锻造成形技术的优势,并对锻件进行了力学性能和显微组织分析,认为局部加载方式以及热模锻造成形技术能够获得质量可靠的钛合金产品,其力学性能远远优于设计要求,能够满足企业对钛合金棒材质量的基本要求,本文的研究成果有助于推动该技术的推广使用,为改进锻造工艺提供参考。 Titanium alloy rod soldering technology usually has a higher reinforcing structure,the part shape is complex and large reverberate,the precision of the bar production requirements are high,resulting in the processing of titanium alloy rod difficulties.Taking thermal mold forging forming technology as an example,this paper analyzes the advantages of local-loaded hot mold forging forming technology,and analyzes the mechanical properties and microtissue of forgings,and concludes that the loading method selected in this paper and the thermal mold forging forming technology can obtain reliable titanium alloy products,and its mechanical properties are far better than the design requirements.It can meet the basic requirements of titanium alloy rod quality,The research results of this paper are helpful to promote the popularization and application of this technology and provide reference for improving the forging process.
