本文主要针对我国尾矿库建设和运营管理现状,从进度、质量、成本和安全四个方面展开研究,并分析问题产生的原因,在此基础上提出了解决问题的几个设想,希望为相关管理工作提供合理参考。

Based on the current situation of tailing pond construction and operation management in China,this paper studies the progress,quality,cost and safety of tailing pond,analyzes the causes of the problems,and puts forward some ideas to solve the problems,hoping to provide a reasonable reference for the relevant management work.
