固相微萃取-气相色谱联用法在水环境重金属离子污染检测中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 对于水体的重金属离子物污染检测中,常常采取原子吸收光谱法,但是传统的原子吸收光谱法不能进行多元素同时分析,而且该检测方法精度较低。而对于固相微萃取-气相色谱联用法在水环境重金属离子污染检测中的应用研究,在温度控制中放弃传统的继电器加热方法,采用电压及PID控制器进行温度控制,设计了采用气相色谱联用法对于水环境重金属离子污染检测的方法,给出了改良后的检测流程,经过实验对比分析,运用气相色谱联用法与传统原子吸收光谱法对比误差率更低。 For the detection of heavy metal ion pollution in water,atomic absorption spectroscopy is often used,but traditional atomic absorption spectroscopy cannot perform simultaneous multi-element analysis,and the detection method has low accuracy.For the application study of solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography combined method in the detection of heavy metal ion pollution in water environment,the traditional relay heating method was abandoned in temperature control,and the voltage and PID controller were used for temperature control.Usage For the detection method of heavy metal ion pollution in water environment,the improved detection process is given.After experimental comparison and analysis,the error rate of gas chromatography combined with traditional atomic absorption spectrometry is lower.
