摘要
我国进口稀土矿产品多为伴生放射性矿,随着我国进口稀土矿总量不断增加,潜在的放射性污染问题也随之而来。世界各国均重视放射性污染问题,建立了相应的法律法规和技术标准等监管体系。我国目前已建立了较为完备的放射性监管法律法规体系和技术标准体系,但依然存在着一些问题和困难,针对这些问题进行了分析和探讨。
Most imported rare earth mineral products in China are associated with radioactivity.As the total amount of imported rare earth mines in China continues to increase,potential radioactive pollution problems also follow.Countries around the world have attached great importance to the problem of radioactive pollution and have established corresponding regulatory systems such as laws,regulations and technical standards.At present,China has established a relatively complete radioactive regulatory laws and regulations system and technical standard system,but there are still some problems and difficulties.We have analyzed and discussed these problems.
