摘要
大型预焙铝电解槽经过多年的发展,持续向大型化、高效节能、智能化方向发展,预焙铝电解槽在稳定性和经济指标方面也取得了显著的进步,但是预焙铝电解槽电能利用率始终难以超过50%,本文就提高预焙铝电解槽电能利用率这一课题进行了研究和实践,对实践中出现的一系列问题进行了客观的分析,并从槽壳设计、新型技术应用等方面综合论述了本文的观点,解答了一些问题,对今后预焙铝电解槽提高电能利用率提供了方向性的借鉴。
After years of development,large pre-baked aluminum electrolytic cell continues to develop towards large-scale,energy-efficient,intelligent direction,pre-baked aluminum electrolytic cell in stability and economic indicators have also made significant progress,but the pre-baked aluminum electrolytic cell energy utilization rate is always difficult to exceed 50%,This paper studies and practices the topic of improving the energy utilization rate of pre-baked aluminum electrolytic cell,makes an objective analysis of a series of problems that have appeared in practice,and discusses the views of this paper from the aspects of Electrolyzer shell design and new technology application,answers some questions,and provides a reference for the direction of improving the power utilization of pre-baked aluminum electrolytic cell in the future.
