冶炼厂锅炉余热回收技术及其工程应用分析

摘要 锅炉烟气中有很多的热能和颗粒物,如果锅炉烟气中的物质和余热不能有效回收利用,会出现热能的浪费和环境的污染。因此我们有必要对烟气余热进行回收。一些常见的锅炉烟气余热回收装置和热管式换热器,还有蒸汽余热锅炉等装置都各有优缺点,当前主要使用的是后两种装置,回收的效率更高,环境保护作用也更强。本文就对当前的锅炉烟气余热回收和技术工程应用进行分析。 There are a lot of heat energy and particles in the boiler flue gas.If the material and waste heat in the boiler flue gas can not be effectively recycled,there will be waste of heat energy and environmental pollution.Therefore,it is necessary to recover the residual heat of flue gas.Some common boiler flue gas waste heat recovery devices and heat pipe heat exchanger,as well as steam waste heat boiler and other devices have their own advantages and disadvantages.At present,the latter two devices are mainly used,with higher recovery efficiency and stronger environmental protection.This paper analyzes the current boiler flue gas waste heat recovery and technical engineering application.
