摘要
有色金属冶炼是实施节能降耗的重点行业,能耗依旧在较高指标上增长,迫切需要智能生产体系实现实时协同优化。有色金属智能冶炼存在复杂资源共生、原料品位波动大等难点。基于有色金属冶炼企业现有自动化和信息系统架构,通过完善对水、电、气等能源介质的生产、存储、消耗等过程的实时监控,对重点能耗设备监控、远程控制和分析管理,原料中的潜在能量得到有效利用。实现自热熔炼节能,余热能量高效转换和能源介质动态平衡,达成生产优化、资源优化和能源优化的效果。
Nonferrous metal smelting is the key industry to implement energy conservation and consumption reduction.The energy consumption is still growing on a high index,so it is urgent to realize real-time collaborative optimization of intelligent production system.There are some difficulties in intelligent smelting of non-ferrous metals,such as complicated resources symbiosis and big fluctuation of raw material grade.Based on the existing automation and information system architecture of non-ferrous metal smelting enterprises,through improving the real-time monitoring of the production,storage,consumption and other processes of energy media such as water,electricity,gas,etc.,monitoring,remote control and analysis management of key energy consumption equipment,the potential energy in raw materials is effectively utilized.Realize the energy saving of self heating smelting,efficient conversion of waste heat energy and dynamic balance of energy medium,and achieve the effects of production optimization,resource optimization and energy optimization.
