摘要
本文针对本厂连铸机改造前后不同振动形式的优缺点进行对比分析,通过合理的振动参数设定和配套保护渣性能指标优化,从现场实践生产跟踪固化进行了一系列分析总结,保障了连铸的生产效率提高和事故率降低,同时得到了较好的铸坯表面质量。
The advantages and disadvantages of different vibration forms of continuous casting machine before and after modification are compared and analyzed in this paper,a series of analysis and summary are made on the basis of in-situ production and follow-up solidification,which ensures the increase of production efficiency and the decrease of accident rate,and at the same time,obtains better surface quality of billet.
