摘要
高纯金属镁是现代工业的基础原材料,如何从废镁合金中提取有利用价值的高纯金属镁变得十分重要。本文从金属的真空蒸馏原理出发,探讨从废镁合金中提取高纯金属镁的工艺可行性,实验表明:在合理的真空度和温度条件下,可以得到含镁99.99%的高纯金属镁。采用真空蒸馏技术处理废镁合金,节约资源,环境友好,符合现代工业要求。
High-purity magnesium is the basic raw material of modern industry.How to extract valuable high-purity magnesium from waste magnesium alloys becomes very important.Based on the principle of vacuum distillation of metals,this paper discusses the feasibility of extracting high-purity metal magnesium from waste magnesium alloys.Experiments show that 99.99%high-purity metal magnesium can be obtained under reasonable vacuum and temperature conditions.Vacuum distillation technology is adopted to treat waste magnesium alloy,which saves resources,is environmentally friendly,and meets the requirements of modern industry.
