救护大队在乌海能源公司党委的正确领导下,以党的十九大、十九届二中、三中全会精神和习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指引,以国家能源集团关于加强应急救援队伍建设任务为总要求,以加强党建工作为引领,以打造全国一流救援强队为目标,立足提升矿井应急救援保障能力,坚持执行"月考核、季竞赛、年比武"考评机制,不断加强党的建设,提升队伍管理水平,在战备训练、军事化队容、风纪、质量标准化、抢险救援、业务技术培训、履行社会责任取得了较好成绩,乌海能源公司救护大队按照"乌海能源公司队伍建设管理办法"和"乌海能源公司班组建设考核标准"的有关要求,在公司班组建设领导小组的正确指导下,救护大队领导班子高度重视本队队伍建设工作,结合本单位实际情况,提出了一系列队伍建设的相关要求,认真组织落实,班组建设建设工作稳步向前推进。
