摘要
本文针对艾萨炉熔池熔炼的烟道式余热锅炉在运行到一定时间后突然出现了烟道振动问题;通过理论分析验证现场测量的情况,分析振动产生的原因是由于烟气驻波和涡流共振产生的;并结合现场实际生产情况采用工艺控制的方法,调整驻波和涡流频率,避免共振,缓解烟道振动的问题。
In this paper,the flue vibration of flue type waste heat boiler melted in Aisa furnace suddenly occurs after a certain period of time;through theoretical analysis and verification of field measurement,it is analyzed that the cause of the vibration is due to the flue gas standing wave and eddy resonance;combined with the actual production situation in the field,the process control method is adopted to adjust the standing wave and eddy frequency to avoid the problem Resonance free,to alleviate the problem of flue vibration.
